It's a fact of human nature to question things.
People question the existence of
GOD
Chiefly because they have trouble equating a
LOVING GOD
With many things that go on in life.
Perhaps the chief of which is:
Why does GOD allow bad things to happen to good people, or innocent young children?
While this is a valid question, this ought not stop us from following our impulses to believe in a
Living, Loving God
I recently viewed a documentary movie which prided itself on exposing all of the myths
and inconsistencies of Christianity.
The sum and substance of this video was to prove there is no
GOD
And/or that Christ never actually lived and it was all based on mythologies from pagan
religions.
The creator of this documentary was honorably motivated and I'm sure he meant to
bring light to his fellow humans. However, the point he missed was the actual substance
of what
CHRISTIANITY
Seeks to achieve by way of decency and morality.
If the goals of Christianity were to promote evil ends, then he'd be quite justified in his
quest to uncover it.
(More later.)
